Welcome to the South Wonston Swifts FC web site! South Wonston is a small village on the outskirts of Winchester and we at Swifts have been providing football to the local community for over 25 years.
We are a FA Charter Standard Club, which means that we are adhering to the guidelines issued, by the FA, for Child Safety, Coaching and administration for youth football. More details can be found by following the useful link on shortcut in the lefthand column of this page.
Always playing in the best of spirit, In 2005/2006 Swifts won the Hampshire FA 'Fair Play Award' for maintaining excellent standards in grassroots football.
This season (2006/2007) we will be providing football from age 6 to adult and have competitive teams at under 8 (x2), under 9, under 10 (x 2), under 11, under 13, under 14, under 15, under 16 and adult.
